Bletchley View, Milton Keynes

Godwin Developments have exchanged contracts on a site in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, where the business plans to construct 184 apartments and town houses. The development - named Bletchley View - will also include three commercial units and will total more than 165,000 sq. ft.

Godwin Developments has signed a forward funding deal with leading global real assets investment management firm CBRE IM to deliver a mix of affordable and shared ownership homes in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The scheme which is already under construction is expected to complete in Q2 of 2024.

Godwin Developments has commenced construction of Bletchley View - a scheme of 184 affordable and shared ownership homes - for CBRE Investment Management. Winvic Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for the scheme.
