Godwin Developments has secured a 0.28-acre site in St. Paul's in Bristol.

Godwin Developments has announced that it has started a public consultation in Bristol in order to obtain feedback from the community and stakeholders in St Paul's regarding proposals for a mixed use scheme of 101 student beds and office space.

Following on from its public consultation exercise, Godwin Developments has submitted a planning application for 101 student bed scheme and office space on Newfoundland Road at the entrance of Bristol city centre.
