Pineham Neighbourhood Centre, Northampton

The approximately 1.1 acre site was acquired from Taylor Wimpey Homes to deliver 12,600 square feet of local retail and neighbourhood centre. The development provides shops and services for the surrounding neighbourhood, conveniently positioned opposite the new primary school, Pineham Barns, and in close proximity to over 600 new houses and existing commercial units located nearby.

The Midcounties Co-operative are the first tenants on the development which provides shops and services for the surrounding neighbourhood. Co-op have taken 4,000 sq ft of retail space.

Work has begun constructing the units on site.

Construction work on the new neighbourhood retail centre in Pineham, Northampton, completed in February 2020. The business handed the site over to its occupants and the centre will likely be ready to welcome its first customers in April 2020.
