UK property developer Godwin Developments has secured a 4.85-acre site in Bere Regis, Dorset, which it plans to transform into a brand-new commercial development for the area. Situated off the A31/A35 roundabout - with the A35 road connecting Poole and Bournemouth to Dorchester - the site benefits from high passing traffic flows. Its access point is adjacent to Townsend Business Park - which includes a Shell petrol station and several small business units.

In Q2 of 2022, Godwin Developments has submitted its proposals for a highly prominent site in Bere Regis, Dorset, which it intends to transform into a thriving commercial development. Proposals include four roadside retail units with committed interest from McDonalds', Starbucks and Popeyes, as well as up to eight industrial trade park units, measuring a total of 12,000 sq. ft. The scheme will also include car parking and cycle storage spaces as well as EV charging points and landscapes.
