EV charging forecourts land requirements

We require sites across the UK to create new EV charging forecourts and strengthen the national infrastructure.

We are working with a number of leading EV charging specialists to transform well-located sites into thriving EV charging forecourts.

With more electric vehicles taking to the nation’s roads, land is required to bolster the UK’s charging infrastructure and enable convenient charging for drivers. To facilitate this, we are working to develop sites across the country which are prime locations for EV charging facilities and are currently seeking land which is:

  • well-served by busy arterial routes
  • located within large catchment areas
  • at least 0.5 acres in size

As an established national property developer with a strong portfolio spanning commercial and residential projects, we have the in-house expertise and available finance to quickly progress the right opportunities. For EV charging stations, we are keen to consider sites which are:

  • located in urban, suburban and out-of-town settings
  • greenfield or brownfield land
  • with or without existing property
  • with or without planning permission

If your site matches our requirements, get in touch with our dedicated commercial team to find out how we can work together.
