Godwin Developments secures prime West Midlands site for residential development

UK property developer Godwin Developments announces that it has acquired a well-located site in Hockley Heath near Solihull which it intends to promote through planning to deliver new homes.

The site is less than 2 miles drive from Junction 16 of the M40 which connects Oxford and Birmingham, and a similar distance from J4 of the M42.
