Godwin Group participate in cage free tiger shark swim to raise money for RSVP

Gurdeep Gill, Associate Director at Godwin Group, recently took the plunge to swim cage free with a collection of 10-feet Sand Tiger Sharks at Blue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire.

After being taught basic diving techniques from a highly qualified and experienced team he commenced on a 30-minute cage free swim, coming face to fin with the sharks.

The event took place to raise money and awareness for Birmingham based charity – Birmingham Rape and Sexual Violence Project (RSVP). RSVP offer empathic services to support and inspire children and adults of all genders who have been affected by sexual violence and abuse.

Gurdeep said “The experience was thrilling and is something I will always remember and knowing that it was all in support of a very important cause made it completely worthwhile. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far.”
