New Fixed Interest Bonds Introduced to Investors through Godwin Finance

Godwin Capital, the fundraising arm of leading property developer, Godwin Developments, has unveiled the launch of Godwin Finance Ltd, a new investment platform that provides the opportunity for eligible individuals to invest directly in Fixed Interest Bonds.

This is the first investment platform launched by Godwin Capital that provides the opportunity for individuals to place a minimum investment of £1,000 in a fixed interest bond, without a requirement to be a sophisticated or high-net worth investor. Prospective investors, however, will be subject to assessment of their suitability to invest.

Its initial investment products, Godwin Finance No 1 and Godwin Finance No 2 provide the opportunity for individuals to receive biannual returns through a 3-year fixed interest bond, forecast to reach up to 11% with Godwin Finance No 1.

Both products are eligible for cash and IFISA investment and will be pooled into a £7.2 Million investment fund to finance the acquisition and development of land and property in key locations across the UK.
