Setting the Scene for Derby’s Skyline – ‘The Landmark’

Following 12 months of pre-planning, plans for the 17 storey, 200 unit apartment building, ‘The Landmark’ are due to be submitted. This development will be a ‘Build to Rent’ project where all units are to be occupied on a rental basis only. This will bring in much needed accommodation for the likes of young professionals to Derby city centre.
