Setting the Scene for Derby’s Skyline – ‘The Landmark’

Following 12 months of pre-planning, plans for the 17 storey, 200 unit apartment building, ‘The Landmark’ are due to be submitted. This development will be a ‘Build to Rent’ project where all units are to be occupied on a rental basis only. This will bring in much needed accommodation for the likes of young professionals to Derby city centre.

Group Land Director, Stephen Pratt said, “We are really excited to be bringing this scheme to Derby. The economic, social and cultural regeneration of the city is impressive and we believe The Landmark will be a market-leading city living development. We would welcome feedback from the business community and look forward to being part of the Marketing Derby Bondholder community.”

Godwin have been working closely with Marketing Derby to deliver plans for this development who have offered great support. John Forkin, Managing Director of Marketing Derby said, “We are thrilled to see these plans for an iconic residential development that makes a statement about the ambitions of Derby to be seen as a progressive, 21st century city. As a location for tall buildings, North Riverside is ideal and we hope Bondholders will come and offer their support for the scheme at the Quad.”

We are offering the chance for fellow Bondholders to come to the Digital Studio at Derby Quad on Monday 16th April at any time between 3:30pm and 8pm, where they can find out about the scheme in more detail and offer their comments.
