Godwin Developments director picks up two leadership awards

Stuart Pratt, Co-Founder and Director of UK residential and commercial property developer Godwin Developments has been named Leader of the Year at The Business Desk’s West Midlands Leadership Awards. He was also awarded Company Leader (up to 100 employees) in front of over 180 business leaders from across the West Midlands at the prestigious event held at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham city centre on Friday (17 September) afternoon.

The awards, created by leading business media company The Business Desk to celebrate the people that are role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors, recognised individuals across industries and included those showing leadership potential. All the winners demonstrated the qualities of extraordinary leadership and the positive impact this has had, particularly during the COVID pandemic.

Stuart said: “I am extremely proud to have received these awards and would like to extend my thanks to the wider Godwin team who should equally share in this recognition. The past 18 months have tested everyone and through hard work and dedication we have emerged a much stronger organisation with great momentum behind us.
