UK property developer Godwin Developments has appointed prominent residential figure Simon Boreham to the position of Senior Development Director to further expand the company\u2019s value-added residential pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based out of Godwin\u2019s London Mayfair office, his mandate will be centered on securing residentially led development opportunities nationwide, with a particular focus on the South East. Leveraging his deal origination, partnerships and planning expertise, Simon\u2019s key responsibilities will be growing the business\u2019 pipeline across a range of residential asset classes. In his new role, he will be working closely with Godwin\u2019s wider strategic land, planning and delivery teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With more than two decades of experience in property development, Simon has a proven and in-depth knowledge of the sector, having held previous positions at the Berkeley Group, Wilmott Dixon and CALA Group. Prior to joining Godwin, he worked as Land and Planning Director at Countryside Partnerships. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Simon\u2019s appointment further strengthens Godwin\u2019s residential capabilities and will add to the business\u2019 in-house BTR expertise, led by Lesley Roberts. His arrival will also allow Tom Smallbone to concentrate entirely on shaping its forthcoming BTR platform as Acquisitions Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
